Requests for Product Support

Quality is what our Product lines are known for. We believe in that and if any of our sponges fail in their use we need to know about it. We need to know how and why. This is also the place to tell our Quality Control folks what works and what does not.

Please use the form below to send us a message if you feel one of our sponges has failed to live up to the quality level we demand. Not all sponges will have the extraordinary longevity of the Teller we told you about but be are striving to make it that way. 

We will review your submission and get back to you with return instructions, or suggestions on ways to prevent quality erosion.
